Lemon Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
2 cups heavy cream
2 Tbsp milk
7/8 cups lemon juice
2 tsp. lemon rind

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar a little at a time, beating until stiff. Beat in cream and milk. Add lemon juice and beat. Fold in rind. Freeze.
